Super grateful for the comfy stay at this place without breaking the bank! The room had a really cool redesign and was totally practical, I was so pleased with it. 🌟

The room I booked was updated and clean and available for the value. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven and a refrigerator were really useful. It was in the central location on the other side of the airport. The employees were pleasant, and I loved hotel's owner.

I loved being there, the place is well priced and newly renovated.

The hotel has a great central location, within walking distance to both SJC airport and Silicon Valley. The room was clean, modern, and a good value. The staff was friendly, helpful, and addressed any concerns I had.

The first room we were in the jetted tub did not work. They tried to fix it with a wrench & say there it's fixed. I said ok. So, when I'm done you will come back & turn it off & then do the same for my friend? Only then did they offer us another room!?! Alsi, when we asked for extra towels the woman at the front office was not pleased & she was obvious about it. She would not bring them to our room. She asked me did u see the towels in the bathroom? I said yes I did. And you need MORE? I said yes. She said to come & get them. So I did & she asked me again if I really needed them & did not smile once. She had a mean face & tone. I was clearly putting her out and she showed it!! Not good customer service at all. The next AM I went down for some fruit & she gave me the same nasty attitude & face. Sorry I needed extra towels.

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful, providing great tips about the area; my room was a good size with a bathroom, spa tub, and sofa.

Well even though bed was not like clouds it was cozy enough to lie down. Room was well decorated and there were everyhing a traveller could need.

Soap i mean real solid soap was missing.

Location of this property is perfect. Walking distance from the railway station and 10 min drive from Milpitas. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. House-keeping staff was nice and did not touch any of my personal belongings.

The guy at the night reception was extremely creepy. I got scared to even interact with him later. Internet was very slow and extremely unreliable. Breakfast was minimal. Sheets were not clean and did not feel very comfortable sleeping on them.
